Well Creative Visualization is over already and final grades have been posted. I got an A. I posted the last few assignments, all of which I think turned out pretty nicely. I wish I had taken more time with them all, but I have such a hard time working on homework when I'm actually home - too many distractions. Thankfully, I don' thave nearly as many at work so I do it there.

My next class is going to be a very lame one where I learn how to use Office XP. Yuck. So no more creative stuff from me for a while.

Okay so my first week of school is over and I'm freshly-pooped. There's a lot of stuff going on in that short class and it's really late at night too so I'm pretty tired once I get out.

Anyway, I'm in Creative Visualization, a fancy term for a basic design class. We did marker comps this week and I posted a few in scraps and I'll post some more finished ones before the weekend is over. I just need to finish working on them.

Okay it's not a new school, I was going to this one before I moved away from Phoenix in 2005. But it's way better than the online crap I was taking between then and now.

I haven't been able to do any work because I've been busy moving back down to Phoenix, but I'm hoping to find the time to start producing some results soon. Here's hoping!

I just started an art class last week and it's got me drawing a lot of stuff in a short period of time. It's a lot better than the studio class I took at my last college because at least I can pick my own subject for this one. I've still got three weeks left and hopefully that'll give me plenty more to post.

I've been working on my comic/cartoon for about 8 years and I think I'm going to start posting updates here as to what kind of progress I've made. The name of the project is Dread Solstice: Amaeur Gods and it's based arounda bunch of kids gaining almost limitless magical powers and the parties that would have that magic for themselves. I've posted a few pics in the scraps for the main characters but most of the progress I've made has been of the writing variety. I'm hoping to post the cartoon online in short episodes and lately I've been trying to figure out how everything fits in the second season. Hopefully once I figure that out, I'll have more time for drawing and will get some real character sheets up here of the main characters. Until then... well there's nothing else to post so just wait a while, okay?
